When you visit our website www.evosys-laser.com , the browser used on your device automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file.

b) By using our contact form
If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored in order to process the request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this information without your consent.
The processing of the data entered into the contact form takes place exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. DSGVO). You can revoke this consent at any time. An informal message by e-mail to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

The external processor guarantees us the secure storage, processing and deletion of the applicant data. The processing takes place exclusively on the basis of the legal regulations acc. Art. 28 GDPR under a corresponding contractual agreement with the processor.
The further processing of your data is based on your consent (Article 6 (1) a DSGVO) and on the fulfillment of pre-contractual measures (Article 6 (1) (b) DSBVO). We process your data solely for the purpose of finding the right person for the job advertised or for the information you provided (eg unsolicited application). After completion of the application process, your data will be deleted from our system in compliance with the statutory deadlines. An exception is a storage of your data in our talent pool. Should we wish to save your data in our talent pool, we will ask for your consent to this separately. There is no transfer of your data to third parties.

To use the features of Google Maps, it is necessary to save your IP address . This information is usually transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. The provider of this page has no influence on this data transfer. The use of Google Maps takes place only with the express consent of the user in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR.
5. Affected rights
You have the right:
- in accordance with Art. 15 DSGVO, to request information about your personal data processed by us. In particular, you may provide information about the processing purposes, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been disclosed, the planned retention period, the right of rectification, deletion, limitation of processing or opposition, the existence of a The right to complain, the source of your data, if it was not collected from us, and the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and, where appropriate, meaningful information about their details;
- in accordance with Art. 16 DSGVO to demand the rectification of incorrect or completed personal data stored by us immediately;
